To Kiss, Or To Eat?

We’ve all heard the expression ‘you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find the prince’, but how about ‘eating a frog for breakfast’?

I found myself sat in a seminar last night, where the statement ‘Eat a frog for breakfast every day’ was put to the audience. I’d not heard it before, but it was explained thus:

We all put off doing things we don’t want to do (eating a frog being one of them), so every day, first thing, do something you don’t look forward to doing, and it will kick start your day in a positive way.

Go on, take a look at your to-do list, and have a go at eating a frog for breakfast.
