Does ‘Size’ Matter?

Personalised Twister USB Flash driveOne of the top selling lines in our marketplace, the Personalised and Imprinted Gifts market, is currently the USB Flash Drives, sometimes called USB Memory Sticks.

We ship orders almost every day, and they are a truly sought after business gift. There’s masses of choice available to you, with Imprinted USB Memory Sticks available in all kinds of shapes, sizes and colours, not to mention memory sizes. They are used to carry around information normally stored on your PC… data files, photographs, powerpoint presentations, etc and are great for moving files from one PC to another, or to simply have important data to hand at any time.

You may be visiting a client, and unexpectedly, thay ask to see a presentation or brochure…. you wouldn’t just happen to have your laptop with you, but you might have all the files you need on this device… and you could simply plug it into the USB port on your clients PC, and voila!!!

My question is…. why does everybody seem to think they need at least a ONE Gigabyte memory?

We have had customers use as little memory as 128Mb for carrying around loads of stuff, and they think they’re brilliant, as well as cheaper to buy.
Just what are you going to be doing with all that mobile memory… or is this one of those “mine’s bigger than your’s” moments?

  1. Your blog gives some benefits of using memory sticks According to me, USB memory sticks would be the ideal business gift. They are extremely useful as they can carry lot of information that can be stored on your pc. I agree with you. There is no need to buy a memory stick having 1GB of memory as they are costly.

  2. I totally agree Roger, thanks.
